Shipping & Returns

Free Shipping in South Africa 

 

Tracking 

​

On placing an order, you will receive an e-mail notification with the tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped. This usually take 2-5 business days. 

​

Payments 

​

We accept all major credit cards, and are processed through a secure checkout process. The trusted gateway payment system will ensure that your private data is kept confidential. 

​

Currency 

​

The products are listed in Rands (South African currency). Rands is the checkout currency. 

​

Import Duties and Taxes 

​

Buyers are responsible for all import duties and taxes (if applicable). The nature of these charges and the amounts thereof vary from country to country.  

​

Cancellations 

​

Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 15 minutes after an order is placed. However, should you wish to cancel your order contact customer support team on enquiries@wo-online.com to notify them. The processes regarding purchase, packaging and distribution are very time sensitive. 

​

Returns 

​

When returning a product, please contact customer support team on enquiries@wo-online.com to discuss, notify and confirm return. 

​

Return new, unopened items to us within 8 days of delivery in same condition you received it, including in the original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice. Refund will be applied to your original payment method for all items. 

​

We cannot accept returns that are refused, rejected, abandoned and/or packages returned outside of the stipulated process. 

​

Exchanges are provided through store credit for eligible items only. If returned items are not eligible for a refund or store credit, they will be discharged. 

​

By placing an order with WO-Online, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.      

​

If the product is defective or does not function as suggested, inform client services on enquiries@wo-online.com and we will arrange for a return and replacement. 

​

Non-returnable products include purchases outside of WO-Online, incorrect products purchased, and damaged or ‘scared’ products through client mishandling. 

​

Returns for products which are not broken or delivered incorrectly are not accepted. 

​

Missing Packages – Lost or Stolen 

​

WO-Online is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the Courier company states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective courier or shipping company. For further support, please contact client services on enquiries@wo-online.com

Delays Delays may occur in certain circumstances beyond our control, including holidays, weather, strikes, accidents, and other unforeseen events.

Shipping

Free shipping within South Africa for orders . For all major destinations, an estimate of Express Services will be provided. 

​

On receiving your order, we require approximately 2 days to fulfil your order and dispatch it. Please add on shipping time, dependent on destination.
